We organised an event with the motto “Circus” for a customer. Instead of a classical stage we built a ring and dressed the host in a circus director’s suit. In the run-up to the event we visualized the most important rooms. The customer was thus able to get a picture of his event. In addition, we were able to simulate escape routes to guarantee safety. During the set-up and during the event, we coordinated up to 50 employees together with the customer’s marketing team.
